17 Directions of responsible Minister
(1)
The responsible Minister for a place of detention may give directions to a detaining authority for the place of detention for this Act.
(2)
The detaining authority must comply with any directions given by the responsible Minister under subsection (1).
(3)
A direction is a notifiable instrument.
Note A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
