No entitlement to treatment and care benefits—LTCS scheme participant

Current

A person injured in a motor accident is not entitled to treatment and care benefits if the person is a participant in the LTCS scheme in relation to the injury.

Also, common law damages for treatment and care are not available for LTCS scheme participants (see s 250).
