124 Recovery plan—content

A recovery plan for a person injured in a motor accident must—

(a)

state the treatment and care approved by the relevant insurer as reasonable and necessary treatment and care for the injured person; and

(b)

include a statement to the effect that the injured person’s entitlement to the following may be suspended if the injured person unreasonably fails to undergo the treatment and care stated in the recovery plan:

(i)

treatment and care benefits;

(ii)

income replacement benefits.
