203 Legal costs and fees payable by applicants and insurers
(1)
A regulation may prescribe the legal costs and fees payable by applicants and insurers in relation to applications for defined benefits (including in relation to dispute resolution).
(2)
If a legal cost or fee is prescribed under subsection (1), a lawyer who provides a service to which the cost or fee relates to an applicant or insurer in relation to an application for defined benefits is only entitled to be paid, or to recover, the prescribed cost or fee for the service.
