207 Meaning of SOI assessment and SOI report
In this Act:
SOI assessment, of a person injured in a motor accident, means an assessment to evaluate and report on whether the person’s injury has a significant occupational impact on the person’s ability to undertake employment.
SOI report means a written report, by an independent medical examiner or independent assessor, of an injured person’s injury that—
(a)
states whether the person’s injury has a significant occupational impact on the person’s ability to undertake employment; and
(b)
complies with the SOI assessment guidelines.
