265 Timing of mandatory final offers
(1)
If the court has not dispensed with the obligation to exchange mandatory final offers, mandatory final offers for a motor accident claim must be exchanged—
(a)
if the compulsory conference has been dispensed with—not later than 14 days after the day the conference was dispensed with; or
(b)
if the claim is not settled at the compulsory conference—at the end of the conference.
(2)
A mandatory final offer remains open for 14 days.
