271 Time limit—no mandatory final offers
(1)
This section applies if a court dispenses with the obligation to exchange mandatory final offers.
(2)
A claimant may begin a court proceeding based on the motor accident claim not later than the day decided by the court when, or after, the court dispenses with the obligation.
