311 MAI policy cancellation—registered vehicles
An MAI policy for a registered motor vehicle is cancelled if the registration of the motor vehicle is cancelled.
Note
If the registration is surrendered, the registration is then cancelled—see the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2000, s 83.
