314 Meaning of MAI premium
In this Act:
MAI premium, for an MAI policy, means the insurance premium approved for the policy under—
(a)
section 319 (MAI commission to approve or reject premiums); or
(b)
section 320 (MAI commission may reconsider rejected premiums); or
(c)
section 321 (Mediation of rejected premiums); or
(d)
section 322 (Arbitration of unresolved premiums).
