Meaning of person who died as a result of a motor accident

In force

In this Act:

person who died as a result of a motor accident means an individual who dies—

(a)

as a result of a personal injury the person sustained as a result of a motor accident; and

(b)

within 2 years after the date of the motor accident.

Note Dead person means a person who died as a result of a motor accident (see dict).
