436 Authorised person must show identity card on exercising power

(1)

If an authorised person exercises a power under this Act that affects an individual, the authorised person must first show the authorised person’s identity card to the individual.

(2)

If an authorised person exercises a power under this Act that affects a person, other than an individual, the authorised person must first show the authorised person’s identity card to an individual the authorised person believes on reasonable grounds is an employee, officer or agent of the person.
