13 Notice of changed circumstances—Act, s 106 (3)
(1)
Notice may be given orally or in writing.
Note For how documents may be given, see the Legislation Act, pt 19.5.
(2)
If an injured person gives notice orally, the injured person must confirm the notice, in writing, within 10 business days after giving the oral notice.
