24 What must be included in an insurance industry deed—Act, s 360 (2)
(1)
The MAI commission must approve the required content for the insurance industry deed.
(2)
An approval is a disallowable instrument.
Note A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
(3)
The insurance industry deed must be substantially in accordance with the content approved under this section.
