17 Conferral of functions on Commonwealth entities
(1)
The National Gas (ACT) Law, schedule 2, clause 2 (Law to be construed not to exceed legislative power of Legislature) has effect in relation to the operation of any provision of this Act, or any provision forming part of the National Gas (ACT) Regulation, as if the provision formed part of the National Gas (ACT) Law.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not limit the effect that a provision would validly have apart from the subsection.
