7 What is an operational Act?
Each of the following is an operational Act:
(a)
the Children and Young People Act 2008;
(b)
the Corrections Management Act 2007;
(c)
the Disability Services Act 1991;
(d)
the Housing Assistance Act 2007;
(e)
the Mental Health Act 2015.
Note A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including regulations (see Legislation Act, s 104).
