79 Review of certificate
A person whose interests are affected by a decision of the commissioner for fair trading to issue a certificate under section 78 (2) may apply to the Supreme Court for review of the decision.
An application under subsection (1) must be made within 28 days after the day the certificate is notified.
The operation of the certificate is suspended until the application is withdrawn or the review is decided.
In deciding an application for review, the Supreme Court may—
confirm the decision under review; or
set aside the decision under review and cancel the certificate.
This section does not prevent the commissioner for fair trading cancelling a certificate under section 78 (2) at any time after an application is made under subsection (1).
