43 Value of wages paid in kind
The value of wages (except fringe benefits and shares and options) that are paid or payable in kind is the greater of—
(a)
the value agreed or attributed to the wages in, or able to be worked out for the wages from, arrangements between the employer and the employee, whichever is the greater; and
(b)
if a regulation prescribes how the value of the wages must be worked out—the value worked out under the regulation.
