12 Approval guidelines
(1)
The director-general must make guidelines (the approval guidelines) for applying for and approving a place to be included on the suitable places list under section 11.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the approval guidelines may provide for the following:
(a)
any other eligibility criteria for an entity to apply for approval;
(b)
the process for applying for approval or reapproval, including the form and content of applications;
(c)
any other criteria for deciding applications;
(d)
the length of an approval.
(3)
An approval guideline is a notifiable instrument.
