Meaning of past protection order action—div 24.3

In force

In this division:

protection order action, in relation to a child respondent, includes any of the following:

(a)

making an application mentioned in section 215 (1);

(b)

arresting or detaining the respondent under this Act;

(c)

making, amending or revoking a protection order against the respondent;

(d)

administering or enforcing a protection order against the respondent;

(e)

making or enforcing a requirement for a person to pay costs in relation to a proceeding for a protection order against the respondent.
