96 Recognised orders—amendment
This section applies if a recognised court tells the registrar that a recognised order (the original order) registered under this part has been amended.
The registrar must—
cancel the registration of the original order; and
register the recognised order (the amended order) as amended.
The amended order takes effect on the cancellation of the registration of the original order.
If a breach of the original order that is not enforced before the original order is cancelled would amount to a breach of the amended order, the breach may be enforced as if it were a breach of the amended order.
