118 Revision of draft EIS
After the public consultation period for a draft EIS, the territory planning authority must give the proponent of the development proposal written notice of the period within which the proponent must—
revise the draft EIS; and
give the revised EIS to the authority.
The period in subsection (1) must be at least 30 days, but not more than 18 months, after the day the territory planning authority gives the notice.
The territory planning authority may extend the period in subsection (1), but only once.
The revised EIS must—
address each matter identified in the scoping document for the development proposal; and
if a matter is raised in a representation made during the public consultation period—address the matter and demonstrate how the matter has been taken into account; and
if a matter is raised in a submission under section 117 for the draft EIS—address the matter and demonstrate how the matter has been taken into account.
