134 Time for reporting by inquiry panels
(1)
An inquiry panel must report in writing to the Minister on the result of the inquiry within—
(a)
60 working days after the day the Minister establishes the panel; or
(b)
if the period under paragraph (a) is extended under subsection (2)—the extended period.
(2)
The Minister may, on application by the panel, extend by written notice the period for reporting.
