167 Development applications—authority may request more information
The territory planning authority may at any time, by written notice, ask an applicant for development approval to give the authority more information in relation to the development application.
The territory planning authority may ask for information under subsection (1) more than once.
The territory planning authority must publish on the authority website—
the notice asking for more information; and
the information given to the authority by the applicant.
The development application is taken to have been withdrawn by the applicant if the applicant does not give the territory planning authority the information within 18 months after the day it asked for the information.
Note A request under this section may affect the time to decide an application (see s 192).
