Planning Act 2023

This section applies if a development application is referred to an entity under section 170 or section 171.

The entity must give the territory planning authority the entity’s advice in relation to the development application within the number of days prescribed by regulation after the day the authority refers the application to the entity.

Note A written agreement to a development proposal under s 170 (2) (b) is taken to be advice given in accordance with this section in relation to a development application for the proposal (see s 170 (3)).
