181 Notice of development applications
The territory planning authority must give written notice of each development application submitted to the authority to the registrar‑general for recording under the Land Titles Act 1925, part 8A (Record of administrative interests).
The notice must include the following:
a description of the development;
the number allocated to the development application by the territory planning authority;
the approval status of the application;
Examples—approval status
approved
approved on conditions
pending
refused
under review by the ACAT
anything else prescribed by regulation.
If the approval status of a development application changes, the territory planning authority must give the registrar‑general written notice of the change.
