226 Initial offsets policy
(1)
The Minister may make an initial offsets policy.
(2)
An initial offsets policy is a notifiable instrument.
(3)
The Minister may amend the initial offsets policy only by—
(a)
reviewing and revising the offsets policy under sections 227 to 231; or
(b)
making minor amendments to the policy under section 232.
