228 Draft revised offsets policy—Minister to prepare
(1)
This section applies if the Minister—
(a)
reviews the offsets policy under section 227; and
(b)
considers that revisions of the offsets policy are appropriate.
(2)
The Minister must prepare a draft offsets policy (a draft revised offsets policy) incorporating the revisions.
(3)
In preparing a draft revised offsets policy, the Minister must consult—
(a)
the territory planning authority; and
(b)
the conservator of flora and fauna.
