278 No right to use, flow and control of water
A lease or further lease granted under this chapter does not give a right to the use, flow and control of water (including water containing impurities) under the land described in the lease.
Note This section does not apply in relation to leases or further leases granted before the commencement of the Water Resources Act 1988 (repealed) on 11 December 1998.
