291 Meaning of community lease and community lease use
In this Act:
community lease means a concessional lease granted to a community organisation for 1 or more community lease uses.
community lease use means each of the following community uses:
community activity centre;
community theatre;
cultural facility;
educational establishment;
indoor recreation facility;
outdoor education establishment;
outdoor recreation facility;
place of worship;
playing field;
religious associated use;
a community use prescribed by regulation.
A term used in subsection (1) has the same meaning as it has in the territory plan.
In this section:
community use includes a minor use incidental to the community use.
