324 Lease to be varied to pay out rent
(1)
This section applies if the territory planning authority decides to vary a lease under section 321 to reduce the rent payable to a nominal rent.
(2)
The territory planning authority must vary the lease in accordance with the decision.
(3)
The lease as varied must provide that the lessee is to pay a nominal rent if and when that rent is demanded.
