33 Authority’s staff
(1)
The chief planner may employ staff for the territory planning authority on behalf of the Territory.
(2)
The territory planning authority staff must be employed under the Public Sector Management Act 1994.
Note The Public Sector Management Act 1994, div 8.2 applies to the chief planner in relation to the employment of staff (see that Act, s 152).
