368 Certificates of compliance
If a building and development provision of a lease has been fully complied with, the territory planning authority must, on its own initiative or on application by the lessee, issue a certificate of compliance stating that the provision has been complied with.
If a building and development provision of a lease has been partly complied with, the territory planning authority may issue a certificate of compliance stating that the provision has been partly complied with.
A certificate of compliance issued under subsection (2) may be subject to a condition that the lessee provide security in a stated form against failure to complete stated outstanding works.
