431 Who is bound by a controlled activity order
A controlled activity order binds each person to whom it is directed.
If a controlled activity order binds the lessee of the premises in relation to which the order applies, unless the order otherwise provides, the order also binds anyone who becomes the lessee of the premises after the order is made to the same extent as if the order had been directed to that person.
If a controlled activity order binds the occupier of the premises in relation to which the order applies, unless the order otherwise provides, the order also binds anyone who becomes an occupier of the premises after the order is made to the same extent as if the order had been directed to that person.
