436 Meaning of rectification work
In this Act:
rectification work—
(a)
means—
(i)
work in relation to premises where a controlled activity is being undertaken to ensure compliance with the development approval for the activity; or
(ii)
the undertaking of an activity required under a controlled activity order that was not undertaken within the period stated in the order; and
(b)
in relation to an authorised person—means the rectification work the authorised person is authorised to undertake.
