438 Contravention of direction to undertake rectification work
(1)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the territory planning authority directs the person to undertake rectification work in relation to a controlled activity; and
(b)
the person is given notice of the direction; and
(c)
the person contravenes the direction.
Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
