448 Entry under rectification work order—no occupier present
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
an inspector proposes to enter premises as authorised by a rectification work order; and
(b)
the inspector believes on reasonable grounds that no occupier is present at the premises.
(2)
The inspector, and anyone authorised under the order to provide assistance, may enter the premises using reasonable force in accordance with the order.
(3)
However, only a police officer may use force against a person.
