458 Termination of licences
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a person who occupies land under a licence from the Commonwealth or the Territory contravenes this chapter or the licence; and
(b)
the territory planning authority has complied with section 459 (Notice of termination) in relation to the licensee.
(2)
The territory planning authority may terminate the licence by written notice given to the licensee.
(3)
A notice under subsection (2) takes effect 5 working days after the day the notice is given to the licensee.
