Part 13.1Preliminary
460 Definitions—ch 13
In this chapter:
connected—a thing is connected with an offence if—
(a)
the offence has been committed in relation to it; or
(b)
it will provide evidence of the commission of the offence; or
(c)
it was used, is being used, or is intended to be used, to commit the offence.
occupier, of premises, includes—
(a)
a person believed on reasonable grounds to be an occupier of the premises; and
(b)
a person apparently in charge of the premises.
offence includes an offence for which there are reasonable grounds for believing it has been, is being, or will be, committed.
