52 Effect of territory plan
The Territory, the Executive, a Minister or a territory authority must not do any act, or approve the doing of an act, that is inconsistent with the territory plan.
Note The territory plan has no effect to the extent that it is inconsistent with the national capital plan (see Australian Capital Territory (Planning and Land Management) Act 1988 (Cwlth), s 26).
