68 Public notice of documents given to Minister
The territory planning authority must publish on the authority website—
(a)
a notice stating that the documents mentioned in section 67 (3) (including the draft major plan amendment) are available on the website for public inspection (a public availability notice); and
(b)
for the period stated in the public availability notice—copies of the documents mentioned in section 67 (3).
