73 Committee reports on draft major plan amendments
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
the Minister has referred a draft major plan amendment to the relevant Assembly committee under section 70 (2); and
(b)
the committee has decided to prepare a report on the draft amendment.
(2)
The Minister—
(a)
unless section 74 applies—must not take action under section 75 in relation to the draft major plan amendment until the relevant Assembly committee has reported on the draft amendment; and
(b)
after the committee reports on the draft amendment—must take action under section 75 in relation to the draft amendment.
