50 Authorised person must show identity card on exercising power of entry
Before exercising a power under this Act (other than a power under section 55), the authorised person must show their identity card to—
(a)
if the exercise of the power affects an individual—the individual; or
(b)
if the exercise of the power affects a person other than an individual—an individual the authorised person believes on reasonable grounds is an employee, officer or agent of the person.
