67 Withdrawal of complaint
(1)
A complainant may withdraw a complaint at any time by giving written notice to the registrar.
(2)
If the complainant withdraws the complaint, the registrar—
(a)
is not required to continue to act on the complaint; and
(b)
may continue to act on the complaint if the registrar considers it appropriate to do so; and
(c)
is not required to give the complainant notice about the outcome of the complaint under section 72.
