79 Applications for reconsideration
(1)
An affected person may make an application for reconsideration of an internally reviewable decision (a reconsideration application).
(2)
A reconsideration application must—
(a)
be in writing; and
(b)
set out the grounds on which reconsideration is sought; and
(c)
be made not later than—
(i)
28 days after the internal review notice is given to the affected person; or
(ii)
any longer period allowed by the registrar.
(3)
The making of a reconsideration application does not stay the internally reviewable decision or otherwise prevent action being taken as a result of the decision.
