66L Definitions—div 3A.2
In this division:
approved person means a person who holds a current vending machine approval.
vending machine means a machine or device from which syringes can be obtained, including by 1 or more of the following:
(a)
electronic funds transfer;
(b)
inserting money, a token or other object.
Examples of other objects—par (b)
1 credit card
2 debit card
3 key vending machine approval means an approval under section 66O.
