Directions to replace or alter toilets

(1)

An authorised officer may give the occupier of a place a written direction to alter or replace a toilet, if necessary for compliance with this regulation.

(2)

The occupier must comply with a direction of an authorised officer under subsection (1).

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
