(1)
An inspector may, by written notice, require the operator of a pool facility to give information, answer questions, or produce documents or anything else, reasonably needed to exercise the inspector’s powers under this part.
Note
The Legislation Act, s 170 and s 171 deal with the application of the privilege against self‑incrimination and client legal privilege.
(2)
A person must take reasonable steps to comply with a requirement made of the person under subsection (1).
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
