Meaning of category 1 facility

In force

In this Act:

category 1 facility––

(a)

means a pool facility that is––

(i)

owned by the Territory; and

(ii)

open to or used by the public (whether or not on payment of money); and

(b)

includes a pool facility managed under a facility management agreement.
