111 Casual temporary employment
(1)
The head of service may employ a person for temporary employment in an administrative unit to exercise the functions of an office on a casual basis.
(2)
Employment on a casual basis must not be on a fixed term.
(3)
A casual employee’s employment may be ended at any time by the head of service.
