Public Trustee and Guardian Act 1985

This section applies if a balance remains in an income account after each amount required under this part to be paid from the account is paid.

The balance, or the part of the balance decided by the public trustee and guardian having regard to any advice given by the board, may be applied towards the costs and expenses necessarily incurred by the public trustee and guardian in the exercise of the public trustee and guardian’s functions under this Act.
